Harvard is in Harvard Square, one of the many “squares” in Cambridge. It has certainly been sanitized over the last generation and has become a tourist attraction (the Coop now seems to sell almost entirely t shirts and other paraphernalia, whereas I used to buy jazz records on the second floor).
Question for any students at Harvard (or anyone honestly) - What is the most difficult aspect of being a typical PreMed at a school like Harvard (grades in PreMed classes, preparing for the MCAT, filling out applications, finding/sustaining extracurriculars, etc.)?
I’ve also applied to harvard as a transfer this year, and I just got an email yesterday, actually, from a Harvard alum, requesting we meet for an interview next week.

Unlike the acceptance letters to other colleges I applied to, the Harvard letter from William Fitzsimmons was signed with blue ballpoint pen! Underneath his signature, he also wrote “Hope you’ll join us!” in pen… that made me happy! I like this personal touch… is this on everyone else’s letters?
I read about * referencing operator and & dereferencing operator; or that referencing means making a pointer point to a variable and dereferencing is accessing the value of the variable that the pointer points to.
