This tumor reveals a low ADC value, ranging from 0.72 mm2 /s to 0.96 mm 2 /s × 10 −3 mm 2 /s, due to the presence of epithelial and lymphoid stroma with microscopic slitlike cysts filled with proteinous fluid.

Warthin tumor (WT) is a benign neoplasm com-posed of bilayered oncocytic/columnar (external) and basal cell (internal) epithelium in papillary, cystic, and cribriform growth (Barnes et al. 2005; Ellis and Auclair 2008).
