Standard Door Width

The door widths to the bedrooms in my home design are 32". Should I have the architect design the bathroom door widths at 32" also or leave them at the standard 28" width?

The closets are standard height. The 65" width is total, so each door would be around 33" (there needs to be a bit of overlap for bypass doors).

My question is around door frames, these are already installed and were ordered with standard width door frames for 2x4 walls. construction is 2x4 with 7/16 OSB WRB then vertical siding panels.

The millwork shop, I believe, is going to order the door slabs and then build out a custom width jam for the exterior doors. I thought of adding extensions it just seemed like the connection would be pretty sketchy - a 2 or 3 inch piece of wood attached on the short width of the jam.
