In 2022, OTJ transitioned from a privately held structure to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), signaling a bold move toward shared ownership and the long-term stability of our practice. That commitment was further underscored in 2024, when Chief Growth Officer Laura Kennington, LEED AP, was named President and Co-CEO.
OTJ has also promoted several team members to Principal in recognition of their contributions to our firm’s growth, stability, and culture. This new cohort includes Stacey Gracia, Tamra Green, Aaron West, Becky Boyer, Tom Neal, Michelle Yack, and Greg Diedrich.
OTJ Architects is pleased to announce that Senior Principal and Chief Growth Officer, Laura Kennington, LEED AP, has been elevated to the position of President and Co-CEO. She will serve alongside Senior Principal Lance Jaccard AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, who will now hold the title of Co-CEO.
