DO derm matches are gonna be the former AOA programs. I don’t know how often DOs match into MD derm. In 2022, 35 out of 63 DOs matched derm (page 44 of the PDF).

There's no AOA here either. Haven't taken Steps yet, but assume passing Step 1 and decent score on Step 2. No red flag. Strong tie to the NE region. What are my odds for IM at MGH? Presenting like this is misleading and gives a false picture of who you are, which affects the answers to the question you’re looking for.
This may be a silly question, but what do we put for AOA member number in our eras profile? I don't think I've ever received a member number.

Id avoid the AOA, partially because of their shady practice of previously tying board certification into being an AOA member, forcing people to be members. Doesnt sit right with me, even if they finally relented.
However I believe the AOA sued ABIM and you can can take the ABIM i.e you're board eligible if you're AOBIM certified. That being said, in most places especially the midwest, outside of university hospitals no one cares. Hell, plenty of rural hospitals dont care if you're boarded at all.
