Re: Kitamura 0M Spindle Orientation board I noticed after the last test that the SH02 and SH03 jumpers don't change the spindle orientation direction as it says in the service manuals.
The battery is located on the Viggo Servo Absolute Pulse Coder. Similer to fanuc daisy chain style battery. Had same issue on my HX250. Received new battery from Kitamura Chicago, up and running in a hour. Do not turn off the power to replace the battery. Replacement must be done when machine is powered on. (control as well as main breaker), otherwise get the Viggo manual out and re-set up the ...
Another problem with our Kit MyCenter2. While doing a tool change our arm has gotten stuck in the mid position, and I can not figure out how to reset.
Kitamura 4xD atc problems Anyone familiar with the 2015 kit 4xD with arumatik control? We have 4 of these machines with relentless atc issues. The spindle seems to let go of its orientation during a tool change! This in turn causes the tool arm to hang up and over time bends the arm.
