You sound like a Dell apologist, and as such you missed an important point. When Dell sends out a shipping notification with a FedEx tracking number, anyone with two working brain cells would rightfully expect that within at least 24 hours of the shipping notification the status at FedEx would show that the product was in fact shipping.
