also as a parent you don't "buy" Dr. Seuss books. they somehow accumulate around your home, spreading like tribbles until you can't walk without stepping on a book about cats, hats, loraxes, etc.
Seuss Landing is fine, but cracked paint/poor maintenance is made more obvious due to how bright/texture-less the theming is. But it's in great shape now (outside CitH). Cat in the Hat is a fine dark ride, but definitely needs to be improved with projection mapping and literal clean up of all the dust.
Haven't seen the movie yet, but have heard positive reviews about it. I fully support the idea of a Lorax boat ride. Colors galore! Heck, I'd love a massive expansion of Seuss Landing. Besides the Lorax boat ride, maybe we can finally get that Grinch indoor/outdoor family coaster down Mount...

I especially think Seussical would be a great fit for the former BMG Theater. It's a really fun show and manages to incorporate so many of Dr. Seuss' best stories. They already have a Sussical Jr. version pared down to 60 minutes:
