can anyone give me any information On this powder I’m told by other reloaders that it’s also called csb-1 Is this true or bad info ?
Pretty sure Ki and ER lineage CSB are the same, someone can chime in who knows more. As for being able to tell them apart, one big telling sign is the marbeled foot. in the foot you should see some white streaking aka marbeling. MAXAM CSB-5 is a fast-burning powder down in the range of, but not exactly like, Red Dot, Clays, 700X and maybe a couple of the faster Vectan numbers. That along with Rep's data could help you get into the range of possible charge weights, but what might have been relatively easy will be complicated by your projectile.
