Right now it looks like the administration had reopened negotiations, those were still ongoing, and somebody just decided to kill the negotiators and launch a massive war. Unless we find evidence that Iran was building a bomb, the path is paved for a left wing populist. I don't doubt that Iran was near to having full nuclear capabilities.
