Hi Jhnex, You can just open the default PowerShell and follow the article (Connect to Exchange Online using remote PowerShell) to connect to Exchange online. Then run commands: Get-Recipient ******@domain2.com Get-Recipient ******@domain2.com Share with us the results in Private Message. In addition, where did you try to create ******@domain1.com? From on-premise AD or online? Thanks, Brook

Anonymous , 12:14 AM Hi Michael, If you want to convert a remote shared mailbox to a remote shared mailbox or vice versa, the official solution is to migrate the remote mailbox to on-premise Exchange and convert the mailbox there. Then migrate the converted mailbox back to Exchange online. Thanks, Brook
