I use Alldata and ShopkeyPro (Pro Demand purchased through Snap-on). For most things, I prefer Alldata. However, I like ShopkeyPro's Estimator better. It nice to have access to this type of info but I want to know what people think is the preferred repair /diagnostic info systems ( alldata, mitchell, identifix , etc) ?
The last shop I worked at uses Alldata, the shop I am at now uses Shop Key (Snap-On branded Mitchell). They each have a bit of a learning curve, and sometimes one has more than the other. It's an essential tool, even if you need to raise your rate or roll the cost into miscellaneous "shop supplies".
