I had a rather similar in white mint, it sold for a $350-$375.00 in the big city on Craigslist. Yours being celeste could bring in a little more if cleaned, serviced, and the conditions of the internals are good, spin strait and smoothly. My white one did have some of the crackle paint but the clear coat was good no rust, the paint issue was common for those of that time.

I world say $200 is a very fair price on a upper mid level Japanese bike like the Premis from the 80's fully serviced RTR with new consumables. These make for very nice riders and were basically the the nicest of the mass produced Schwinn's from the 80's. As said $200 would be below market for one with nice paint in a medium or small size.
