Toll Tag Compatibility EZ-Pass and TxTag/Pikepass/KTAG use completely different protocols so don't I think there should be any conflict. (Thus why there's TxTag in Oklahoma and Kansas but not in EZ-Passland–Texas's transponders speak the same language as OK and KS, so at that point it was just a matter of signing agreements and linking databases.)
