Sauf que quand je tape la première commande, ce message s'affiche: L'erreur stystème 5 s'est produite, accès refusé. Pourtant je suis sur le seul compte de mon pc, le compte administrateur.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Service Ici doit se trouver "Spooler", si toutes les solutions testé ne fonctionnent pas, commencez par supprimer toutes les imprimantes. Puis sur la machine d'un ami voisin ou autre allez selectionner Spooler dans HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Service.
Net Stop Spooler et appuyez sur la touche Entrée. Une information vous dit que le spouleur d'impression s'arrête, puis ensuite qu'il a bien été arrêté. PS : Attention à l'orthographe de la commande (Net Stop Spooler) et non Spouleur, et veillez à laisser un espace entre chaque mot.
