I get the same or similar problem with my setup, every time I start Windows, the top left icon in my group of 12 (This PC) is loaded in the top left corner of the screen, all the other icons load correctly in the block of 12. I have to move the stray icon back into the block on every start up? I run Windows 10 pro build 20H2 19042.985.
