Personally I had similar problem with Xerox Smart Start 1.8.10.0 (for Xerox Versalink C7120) on clean installation of Windows 7 Home Premium - I wasn't be able to install Xerox Smart Start.
The Xerox Scanner Management Utility doesn't display it. When I try to run SmartStart Version 1.9.12.0, or version 1.5.49.0, I get the following errors in Event Viewer.
Printing - - Hi, Printing is OK in general except from printing of excel sheets (Office 2019). A never ending processing is on the display and no prints. Xerox Smart Start is updated.
The printer is using the Xerox WorkCentre 6515 V4 PS driver installed using the Xerox Smart Start driver installer. I have also tried using the global drivers and the drivers Xerox WorkCentre 6515 PCL6 & PS.
I've tried the Xerox Desktop Print Experience 7.0 and now I've also tried the The Xerox Smart Start --still same issue, only expels blank pages. Please advise, thanks.

At this point, I would try reinstalling the print driver on your computer. Try downloading and installing the Xerox Smart Start driver and see if you still can't print. Download Xerox Smart Start bye for now.
