Unfortunately, the controller doesn't show up in DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series) I’ve tried several USB cables, different ports, and both Windows 10 and 11. The app simply doesn’t recognize it, probably because the screen is completely black and the system doesn’t finish booting properly.

Also, some of the versions for the older equipment aren't fully compatible with the latest macOS versions...
