I had ridden my brother in laws Honda foreman without power steering quite a bit before I got my Grizzly and it absolutely makes a difference. FEDERAL lands do not recognize ATV's as highway use vehicles regardless of how they're licensed, so that makes a lot of confusion on where you can ride them on national forests, typically it isn't enforced, but you are still required to ride on approved ATV trails within national forest systems.
Rimrock area jeep/atv/utv trails? I think the trails are closed till June 15th for protection of habitat.
