Arang And The Magistrate

Arang and the Magistrate (Korean: 아랑사또전; RR: Arang sattojeon; also known as Tale of A-rang) is a 2012 South Korean historical television drama (sageuk), starring Lee Joon-gi, Shin Min-a, and Yeon Woo-jin.

Arang is about an amnesiac ghost that requests the help of the city's magistrate to discover her identity, and her eventual murderer. Each character suited his/her role (especially Lee Jun Ki- his fighting scenes were kick-ass!).

Arang and the Magistrate is a story based on old Korean folklore about Arang, a vengeful spirit that haunts a village after her death. The drama uses the same plots as the original but add romance to spice things up.

Arang then puts in place a plan to make Eun-Oh a magistrate. She goes to shaman Bang-Wool (Hwang Bo-Ra), who later tells public officers in Miryang to kidnap Eun-Oh and make him the magistrate.
