I did everything iiNet asked me to do to migrate my email to these Messaging Company people only for this process to totally kill my email. I can access webmail through the iiNet website however Outlook365 refuses to work at all. Today I just spent 30minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone at iiNet, I got frustrated and hung up the call.
I can access the iiNet Webmail portal but cannot login. As stated a post or so back, I login in and use the same password I use to open iiNet Webmail on my Laptop but it wont access the actual Webmail account. It return me to the loging page, see my comments above. The base issue is that I cannot access iiNet Webmail through Safari on my Mobile.
So if you leave TPG/iiNet after September, you can still use ur TPG/iiNet email address, as techinically its managed by The Messaging Company? What happens after the 15th Sept.
Hi Having some issues with my iinet email address seeming to block emails from companies like medibank, ozsales and also a few other email addresses. Can I add these to my whitelist from the iinet webmail system as can't seem to see the option to do this?
