Out of curiosity how long did they give the gas-stations to replace their tanks? Every state is different, but existing tanks made after 1988 last 30 years and need to be replaced by a specific calendar date. If California just makes laws up and said 5 years ago, that tanks need to be replaced that's a bit ridiculous.
