I know as a driver on Uber, if I cancel the ride without getting paid for it, the trip doesn't show up at all on my end but if it's a legit cancel where I get paid it does show up in my trip history.

OK Uber once had what they called Hubs in Bris 3 and a couple in regional centres ,eventually ended being only 1 main Hub ( not office), was similar in Melb ,Syd etc ( port Melb.)
