We just started TTC and the doc put me on Provera to stop an AF cycle that was 63 days long. The next round was to start a cycle, then used Letrozole. From what I’ve read you can even take your BBT after a nap. You just have to do it before you even get up out of bed. Even tossing and turning a lot can disrupt the reading.

Anyone know if it’s contraindicated to dye your hair while TTC? I made an appointment for 2 DPO to get highlights and lowlights but I just need to make sure there isn’t a risk. I’m deathly afraid of doing anything that might harm my chances to conceive or something that may harm the baby.

2 1/2 years. I stopped the birth control and spironolactone in April. This is month 7 of trying for us. It is also our first month of fertility treatments.
