You can use the Celebrate app to send praise, share seasonal cheer, or recognize personal milestones. Share themed messages in your group chats, meeting chats, and Communities on Microsoft Teams Free.
Use praise in the Microsoft Viva Insights app to recognize the contributions of your employees and coworkers. Praise messages are shown as notifications in Teams. You can have a praise message delivered in a private chat, or for wider recognition, in a Teams channel conversation.
Praise is enabled by default for all Teams users in your organization. You can turn off or turn on the app at the org level on the Manage apps page in the Microsoft Teams admin center.
Hi, I know that I can see all praises sent by myself or received by me. However, is it not possible to see all praises in the organisation? I recall using Praise before in my previous company and after the praise is sent, it will also be routed to the person's line manager AND goes up onto the "Hall of Fame". Are these something that is not built in in Teams? Thank you.
