A friend of mine has a 2005 mxzx 600sdi that will not start, the sled has no power to anything on it, it will not light up the gauges either with the E start or pulling it. I have check all the fuses and replaced both relays already on it, checked to make sure all the neccesary plugs are plugged...

I had the same exact thing happen to me a few years ago, 2005 SDI 600 It was the center crank bearing seals leaking injector oil into the bottom end. I couldn't even pull it over after it sat for the summer, the crank case had a ton of oil in it. I did the crank (from CV Tech), piston pin bearings, pins, rings, gaskets. Re-used the pistons and cylinders, as they mic'd out perfectly. That was ...
