We’re introducing new tenant-level outbound email limits (also known as the Tenant External Recipient Rate Limit or TERRL).
In addition to emails, your recipient may also need to delete older files or photos. You can let them know how they can manage their storage in Drive, Gmail, and Photos.
The Recipient Rate Limit and the Tenant-level External Recipient Rate Limit mentioned in Exchange Online limits remain unchanged by this announcement. Thank you for your continued feedback and partnership.
