Popcorn is a prepper's friend. It makes some of the best tasting cornmeal one could possibly get. And yes, you can store it for the long term in Mylar and O2 absorbers. A quick layman's breakdown. Popcorn moisture is normally between 13 and 15%, The mark for fungus is at the higher end, closer to 16-17% I have never seen popcorn mold btw.
