I have used these with both Paintbox and other brands of press-ons, and these tabs worked great for all. They are fast and easy to use, and hold well (assuming the nail you picked is the right size for your natural nail bed). They also come off relatively easily with oil, which means my nails were not damaged, which I really appreciate.
