I just had my I-RILO. It was submitted on 10 Mar, I got the results back on 17 Mar. If the RILO says you need to be full MEB'd that process will start, however, I can tell you that my timeline from getting it back last Friday, was for everything to be submitted back to AFPC NLT 2 Jun 17.
