I'm browsing the MSDN subscriber downloads and they only have up to SCOM 2007 SP1. Searching Microsoft downloads has the R2 evaluation edition, but that's not what I need.
I'm logged into what (IIRC) used to be called MSDN subscriber downloads https://my.visualstudio.com/downloads and filtering on Server and 2014 there's only developer or Express available.
MSDN Subscriber Downloads contains the SHA1 checksums for all of the official Microsoft ISOs. If you don't have access to MSDN, tell me exactly what version/edition of Windows XP you want and I can tell you the checksum. For example:
