Becuase ONly SKyui is showing up in MCM menu, but my mods are active, they just don't show in mcm menu.

hi guys, i recently installed mantella and every mod and program neccesary to use it but my problem is with MCM, it just don't show the respective menu for mantella, i have other mods like cbbe, FNIS and others and work perfectly but this one just don't show
And hilariously enough, after reenabling it the game worked again but then afterwards that is when the MCM decided to not work and even after redisabling that mod again the MCM still didn't work... Needless to say that I'm really confused and need help please and thank you.
