So, what's the right numbers? Is 50c-60c a fine number or should I be concerned? Would flipping the fans around be a better alternative? Is the MOBO's BIOS known for bad readings on the temps? I want to try everything I can before spending more money.

Before the update it was measuring the tj.max temps, which are from the CPU core, then they changed it to the tcase temps which are the temps in the environment of the CPU.

I also considered the the temps were showing in F, rather than C, but I have double and triple checked this, and the temp in the BIOS is clearly given in degrees C, not F. Could be a typo in the BIOS, but given that I just grabbed the latest of several BIOS updates, seems extremely unlikely that they still haven't caught that.

The ambient temperature is the temperature in the environment around the equipment. 37C is body temperature, so if your house is 10 degrees lower than that, then you are probably chilly, but your equipment is fine.
