Is this HP Windows hardware diagnostics or HP UEFI hardware diagnostics or both? There is a reference to some hardware not working suddenly, but i noticed something like reference to some drivers. Which hardware was reported problematic? Was this after a hang or freeze? The only drivers changed were those updated by the tech.
I think perhaps it's your method. You do not "hold down" the F2 key, you repeatedly tap after pressing the power on button. What you basicly do is the following: 1.
