Every time I kill someone in game the game stutters for about a second then it runs just fine. The game runs perfect other then that if anyone has a fix i would really appreciate it. It kinda ruins the game for me.

When you kill someone, the enemy's morale level goes down by a very, very tiny fraction. The amount depends on whether the person you killed was in formation, skirmishing, or out of line.
