Basically: How can I change Microsoft David to Zira and go faster in Word 365 please on Windows 11? Hi, I use Old Legacy microsoft "Speech to Text" to use the Speak function in Word, to proof read Doc files.
The voices available for "Read Aloud" of a Microsoft document have been reduced in Microsoft 365 to two very unsatisfactory "Male" and "Female" voice options. I much preferred "Microsoft David" voice and have set it as the default on my computer, but it is no longer an option with Microsoft 365. Very irritating!!!

I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro 32-bit from Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit version. I couldn't find Microsoft David Desktop voice in the Text-To-Speech Option. Is there anyway i can get it?
Many people are reporting this problem with the David font in that update. KB5058499 is an optional preview update, it is basically an early beta release of the update for next month. The optional preview updates can be hard to install sometimes and may contain bugs, and there is no need to install the optional preview updates.
