In Partner Center users are not able to access the "My learning profile" screen. When selected, it jumps back to the Account Settings/Overview screen.

When I try to associate the learning account I keep getting a message that there was no learner account for that email or registration wasn't complete. So do I need to align my certification profile and learn profile for connection?
