When bulking you want to choose carbs that are easily digestible.. simple carbs like rice,potatoes,oats,cream of wheat/rice etc. People over complicate their diet and add stuff that isn’t necessarily optimal for digestion.
Go for it man, I kill a half gallon of whole chocolate milk a day when bulking. Great source of carbs, fats, protein, and calories. Just spread it out throughout the entire day, you'll be g2g
Bulking is not all about weight gains (many look like this on bulk phase), in bulking your goal should be to gain much more muscle mass with minimum fat gains, basically again clean food but you need to be in caloric surplus.

Goin for my first cycle, after researching I've decided to run anavar as it can b used for bulking n cutting both, but one of my mate who is a competitive bodybuilder said, it won't help me bulking !!!! Need an opinion from you guys. Help outa a mate here ??
