we installed the Peak Suspension spacer lift kit with the 2" in the rear. We also installed an old set of 35s on some new RRW RS2-S wheels. These wheels are in the limited brushed aluminum color. These are a size 17x8 with a +12 offset since the new 2024 Tacomas are wider than the 3rd gen Tacoma. We also took the upTOP Overland mid-height bed rack to try another setup, camper setup.
That plastic bed liner is slick as owl sh*t on a rainy day. OEM Bed Liner works wonders and adds a bit weight which is a good thing. Stuff doesn't slide around now for sure. But, if you find yourself about to haul some mulch or garden dirt or sand or whatnot throw down a tarp so that kinda stuff don't stick around. I do that when hauling loads of garden dirt for the wife (unbagged) and cleanup ...

I'd put an end of it onto a furniture dolly. Then lift the other end up and onto the tailgate. Grab the other end off the dolly and lift/push into the truck. You'll also need an extender from the hitch to support the portion of the boat that is not sitting on the bed/tailgate. Overall looks a lot easier than loading a 500lb motorcycle.
