Anjin borrows many traditional cues from Japanese izakayas. All seats wrap around one central bar. Food is ordered gradually and shared, like at a tapas bar in Spain. Still, if you prefer to order everything at once, as I did, dishes will arrive quickly and in rhythm, making room for the next guest.
